Immigration questions
We provide the option of either answering a few simple immigration questions or conduct a full consultation. Our two options include:
1.Questions Option: If you have a few short questions, we can reply to you via email. The fee is dependent on the number of questions asked. Please see below for the relevant costs.
*These include immigration questions that can be answered in a few sentences in one email.
2. Consultation Option: As we are providing services to clients from all over the world, a full consultation will be determined at a fixed time upon receipt of payment. The fee for the consultation is CAD$150.
*Full consultation will take approximately 1 hour and can be conducted via Zoom, Skype, phone, or in-person.
You can purchase these two services online. Please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account to complete payment.
After purchasing the services, please email us to ensure that we have received your payment. We will normally reply by the next business day.
Important:
As licensed immigration consultants, we are regulated by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) and Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA). As such, we are held accountable for the advice we provide for both Canada and Australia and are therefore unable to provide free consultation. We will ensure professional standards are always applied with answering questions during consultation. We hope you could value our role as regulated professionals.
